Green Screen Room + Lists for Judges
At 10am this morning Gayle and I organised helped Ash set up the Green Screen room for the night of the event, we've set up the basic layout placing chairs for people to sit and tables to place the projector and screen onto, we've settled on only using 14 chairs as if we had any more it would be way to cramped. On Tuesday we plan on installing the projector and the screen to project the films/animations onto, we will also need to give the room a vacuum as their is alot of rubbish and paper on the floor. I also organised the entries sheet, printed copies for each of the judges and an extra one for the sponsorship team. In total their are 6 pages one for each award to make sure that the judges and the sponsorship team know who is eligible for what.
