Think and Create update

Email I sent out to everyone
Today we went through the plan of setting up and organizing/prepping for installation. We will be prepping on the Wednesday (23rd) and installing the artwork/T'vs from the Thursday till Friday the 25th.
Gayle and I will be collecting the remaining artwork that needs to be submitted on the Wednesday, I sent out an email this morning notifying people that they must have there digital prints handed into us between 11:30pm to 12:00pm in the raw gallery on the 23rd or it will not be submitted. Gayle and I will also be repainting the plinths as many of them have been scuffed and scratched we will also be cutting up the artist statements and storing them away.
 On Thursday we will begin the proper Install at 10-4/5 as our team is free for most of the day, this is very much the same for the Friday aswell, everyone will be available to install.

We also talked with ash about using the green screen room and we have organised a time for the team and him to clean up and set up the green screen room for presenting films. On the Monday (4th November) of the think and create we will set up the green screen room alongside Ash. The equipment we need to organize ourselves however is a projector, a pen drive to store the film/animations and a white screen to present the film/animations onto. Gayle is talking to Chris about this as well as asking about booking 4 T.Vs with two stands and pen drives to store them.
