Organizing venue and delivery of artwork

Today in our group discussion we went through and looked at the rough timeline I have set up and had a discussion on what needs to be on the entry from to make our jobs easier, efficient and more professional. We complied a list of things we would like and have sent that of to the design team. There are still some stuff that we need to sort out and get to design team asap, those things being how gaming entries will be delivered and the specific pick up dates for the artworks.

We also looked at venue and how we could display things, someone suggested we could create a little arcade in the Kea room (meeting room) just for the night, which would give gaming its own area, Gayle has contacted Kathryn about booking the room for the day however we have yet to receive a response. We also went and had a look downstairs and kept note of where things could be placed, possibly using the upstage exclusively for animation and Film being a possibility.
