Rosters


This week we created rosters for The picking up, dropping off of artwork, ushers on the night, installation and the deinstall. I also created folders for submissions of artwork aswell as a folder for artist statements which I have categorized by year level and category so I can easily input the data and make them much easier to manage. Because we will only have the Kea room for 3-4 hours we will need to deinstall just before flicks starts, as stated by Kathryn. So we asked for some help for ushering in upstage as much of the install and venue team will be deinstalling the kea room.
